30 year old wannabe chef, owning an IT company, really wanting to do catering/cooking/cafe/restaurant type of thing. I also do a lot of gardening, photography and motorcycle travelling.

Hi and thanx for the warm welcome! Well, as funny as it may sound, my cooking is least "Croatian", at least for now. I started cooking (a bit more seriously) only about a couple of months ago... I'm currently perfecting the basics, pizza, breads, pastry (shortcrust specifically), American apple pie , Indian dishes etc...

If there is sufficient interest, I may try to contribute with some nice, easy Croatian recipes?

Oh trust me, there would be interest. Most people here love learning of new foods and trying new recipes.

Starbuck my wife is Croatian, we have relatives in Drnis,Split, Dubrovnik and Hvar, we usually spend 6 wks visiting them. Next month we go to Serbia for 4 weeks.
