Hey Steve Welcome from a fellow Lindenhurstian(?) pretty soon there might just be enough guys from LI to get a few real Que contests going .. I'm just north of Montauk Hwy, East of Broadway .. where do you live??
 
Got a brisket that i put on at midnight Snow doesnt seem to be a problem im over in Wantagh
 
This is my first attempt with the wsm in the snow with temps in the 20's with some wind on an overnite cook. I gottal tell ya i am impressed! Temps held all night!!!
