and I live in the eastern part of the Netherlands. I am a noob and a newby in the cooking scene and hope to get here my inspiration and answers on all my silly cooking questions
My kitchen experience is limited to your average meat-veggies and potatoes.
I want to make my dinners a bit more special, without getting into too much hassle to begin and get used to it. Therefor I like the Jamie 30 minute dinners and Nigella's Express book. Must admit I haven't made a lot from this books yet, but for tonight I am planning Jamie's Chicken and mushroom pie with sweet carrots and the peas. Fingers crossed

Guzzi is the name of our first (and eldest) cat. We had a Moto aswell.
And ofcourse the bike has been part of the family more than once
