I just found out about this site. It's a great forum!

Recently I've rediscovered honey. I know there's liquid, chunk, and comb honey. What do you like and dislike about it? How do you store your honey?

Welcome to DC Shay!! Yes!! I am also a honey fan...not particularly an expert, but check this out... there are so many different types...

I only tried several kinds they all have their unique twists... if there is a specialty shop or "wholefoods" type supermarket, I am sure you will have opportunities to sample many of them...
