Hello everybody, I am Thai who living in Japan for many years.
I love to cook many kinds of food, especially Thai Food,
Chinese food and Japanese food! Recently I am learning how to cook
Mexican food and American food(I love learning language too,
now I am learning Spanish which made me wanna cook Mexican food).
Next year I am going to marry my American finance and move to Las Vegas, so this year I hope I can make a good meal for Christmas Eve!
I would be appreciate to get many advice from you all! Thank you!

Where we live in south Florida, we have a lot of Americans of Cuban ancestry as well a folks born in Cuba. We love their food. They love to do suckling pig on Christmas Eve. The side dishes served are great as well.

Many folks of Italian ancestry celebrate with the "Feast of Seven Fishes".

We grow galangal and have a kaffir lime tree.
