Help! Coca-Cola cake

Well there is cake online that looks like a coca cola bottle. I am going to take that idea but well not make it a bottle, instead I have this idea.

Sponge cake, coca cola Jelly, sponge cake, coca cola mousse.

Now comes the question, can I drizzle chocolate ganache on top, without the mousse going flatt and what should I use for decorations?

I really don't know what to say. I've never cooked with Coca-Cola, and can't imagine I ever will. I have no idea what a Coca-Cola mousse will do, with or without chocolate ganache sprinkled on top.

You might be able to adapt it.
