Okay, these were mentioned in a thread recently and I thought they sounded interesting. I have all the stuff to make them. Looking online, all I can find is how to smoke them. This is a problem for me since I don't own a smoker or charcoal grill. I have a gas grill or a broiler in the oven. Those are my options for cooking. I was also thinking I might so them up more as kabobs on skewers instead of individually. Any advice would be appreciated. If there is a way to smoke them with a gas grill, I'd be up for that if someone can tell me how to do it.
