Hi,

My first post here :) I tried a lemon cake last day and forgot to switch to oven mode so the cake mixture went into the grill (yeah ooops.... )for 20 mins and came out an utter disaster. Anyways , am hoping to find some ideas to reuse the lemon crumble mix I have now left. Maybe couple it with some rhubarb or something..??? Hope someone can help ...

Brilliant!

Maybe a parfait, with berries and whipped cream, caramel sauce.

Or totally dry out the crumbs, crush and sprinkle on rhubarb, pineapple, sliced apples, or whatever fruit, honey drizzle, bit of butter and citrus, make into a crisp and bake.

BTW, welcome to DC!
