It stuck to the inside of the bundt ring or whatever its called. We sprayed it a lot with Pam and my wife added a little flour to the surface but didnt work out. What is the best method to insure the cake will come out in one piece?
I had that problem once & it was because I let the cake cool too long in the bundt pan. I learned after that to let the cake cool for only 10-15 minutes in the pan before turning it out to cool completely.
I sprinkle a few sliced almonds on the bottom of pan it helps alot or else try Wiltons cake release you can usually find it at Walmart in the crafts section. That stuff is amazing. Another trick is to not wait more than ten minutes before you flip cake out of pan if it is longer warm pan in a a bowl of hot water then flip.
