I just wanted to introduce myself before I start posting on the forums. My name is Amanda i'm a mother of 2 (3rd on the way) currently living in Portland, Oregon but will be moving back to Southern California this summer. I absolutely love cooking for my friends and family and being in the kitchen is my biggest stress reliever! I look forward to chatting with you all
