I had General Tso's Shrimp, Shrimp-Fried Rice, and an egg roll. No muffin for dessert, and no walk after dinner - cuz I got in 10,000 steps at work today!

I was feeling a bit off, so I made a very simple supper of a country omelette with scallions and feta. We had that with toasted, wholewheat English muffins.

Along with the Soup/Stew thread, I made a big ole pot of my Local-Style Beef Stew and served it up with that ever present steamed White Rice

I've got a couple of pork chops in the Sous Vide. We'll have rice and corn with that. Maybe garlic bread...we'll see.

We finished our drive back to MA today, so we stopped at the Jewish deli about 40 miles from home. Himself and I each ordered a pastrami Reuben. I had a cup of matzo ball soup with mine, and Himself ordered a huge side of onion rings for us to share. I bought half of my sandwich home, and we had a half dozen rings left, too.

Baked Chicken Katsu with homemade tonkatsu sauce. OK, but not impressed.
Thank you. Yeah, a bit better, but I wasn't feeling bad, just a bit off.
