Hello!

I've been lurking in the forum for a while and finally I decided to post. I'm from Spain, Europe and currently I'm learning to cook non-gluten pastry as many of my family members are gluten allergics. Also I am a huge fan of pizza and want to fine-tune my pizza-making skills too.

I hope I can learn from all of you and share some of my culinary experiments from this non-gluten pastry journey and maybe some of my pizzas. :)

I, for one, will benefit from your insights into gluten-free.

I am also a quiet individual supporter of Spanish produce - for me, Spanish beef, pork, lamb, and chicken, even compared to Aberdeen Angus, Poulet Brest, etc, are all the best I've had.
