Hello all. I like everyone here, I assume, enjoy to no end growing, preparing, cooking, and arranging food. I'm a bit fussy as to where it comes from though. The most important part of anything I cook is that I know where and how it grew or what it ate before it was killed. I hate goofy kitchen miracle gadgets, and anything plastic in my kitchen, that includes cutting boards. I'm in no way here to preach my sometimes odd and old world ways around the kitchen, but I do hope there are a few like minded individuals that can relate to me. Well that's me in a nutshell. I look forward to sharing with all of you, and learning.
