Speaking of turkey and thanksgiving day. What time do you usually start your branch/lunch or dinner?

We usually sit down to eat around 2 p.m., then nap and wake up to eat raviolis or lasagna. I will have mostly dressing, My own, and a small amount of turkey leg and mashed potatoes. Then I will have about three raviolis just to be polite. I really don't want that second meal and I am hoping my daughter isn't up to doing it this year.

We start with cheese, crackers, fruit & wine around 10 a.m. Dinner usually starts around 1:30 or so.

high heat roasting did the trick for me again this year, totally juicy breast and under 3 hours for an 18# bird, 3rd year ive done it and its never let me down.
