Humm ... not many ways I don't like a burger! Come to think of it ... I can't think of a way I don't like one. Some are better than others depending on my mood at the time ... but I can't remember ever having a bad burger (unless it was burned).

We usually do our burgers medium well, just to be on the safe side.
green chile
cheddar
lettuce
tomato
avocado or guac

Occasionally we like bacon and/or sauteed mushrooms. Now I want burgers & french fries! Maybe this weekend. Maybe it should be a "dine with us"?
That would be great but please not this weekend. My boyfriend just had all sorts of dental work and I promised homemade ravioli with fresh from the garden marinara.
Can we do that next weekend?? And I'm jonesing for one, too.

We usually grind our own. Venison with beef fat. Then we add oatmeal, eggs, catsup, onion salt, worchesthire, salt and pepper before making them into patties. Then we grill them. I do like turkey burgers too and sometimes beef ones. All cooked through. I like them with tomato, swiss cheese, onions, pickles and mustard. On an onion roll best, but sesame is good too.
