How do you use plastic cookie cutters with bottoms?

How do you use a plastic cookie cutter with a bottom on it when you can't stick your finger in there to poke the cookie out onto the cookie sheet?

Coat the inner part of the cookie cutter with some oil or butter. The cut the cookie and tap it on the cookie sheet to release.

I usually dip the cookie cutter into a big bunch of flour, making sure the edges of the cookie cutter is thoroughly coated. Never have had a probem.
