How long will pasteurized lemon juice last..

BTW, when I dry lemon zest or the coloured part of the peel, I just air dry them. I have a couple of pieces of waxed paper that I keep with my spices. I reuse them to zest the lemons or limes onto. Then, I just leave the out to air dry for a day or two. Then I fold the waxed paper and pour the bits of zest into a jar.
