Hello from Northen Wisconsin.
I'm here to learn and share my very tiny amount of cooking experience.
However I am a master glutton.
 
What shows up at church dinners/potlucks/etc. in your neck of the woods?
 
Fried fish is really huge up here, as are casseroles made of starchy fillers like tater tots and pasta. Not uncommon to have smoked polish sausage or bratwurst with sauer kraut and potatoes. Majority of cooking here is really bland.
