We had cold smoked salmon on bagels with cream cheese, onion, and capers. There were also dill pickles and I made a small batch of coleslaw. I put the onions and capers under the salmon, so they don't escape. I eat my two halves "open face". It was delicious.

Busy day today, so nothing fancy. I grabbed Bacon Double Stack from Wendy's for lunch in the car, and made a reduced-sodium ham (Boar's Head) and Swiss sandwich with lettuce and mayo on a Kaiser roll for dinner, with some low salt Lay's chips on the side.

Big salads with mixed greens, and spinach, sprouts, broccoli, tomatoes, braised soybeans, and dressing. Tomato dressing for him, and mustard dressing for me. Black bean brownies made with red beans and carob...so it's really a red bean carob bar.
