I made ham cups with cheese and eggs and a broccoli salad. That broccoli salad is getting popular at my house. We also had wholegrain toast. Experimented with the ham cups today and tried using muffin papers, to make clean up easier. It will. Is it normal that "large" muffin papers are smaller at the bottom than the indentations on the muffin tin?

Work was a beast yesterday, so I did leftovers from Tuesday night. Salad was fresh, though.
Apple Cider Chicken Thighs with Sweet Potatoes, Green Beans.
new recipe needs a lot of tweaking but a keeper! Especially in fall with the cider.
One pan dinner, but had to remove the thighs and let the liquid reduce and sweet potato wasn't ready and needed to cook some more.
Looking forward to the leftovers!
