Good morning all. Just found this site and decided to join. I use to cook in College at the Dorm, to help pay some of my schooling. Have cooked most of my life to survive too, as it was not practical to eat out every day.

Just recently took up Sourdough Bread baking. I have tried it in the past to no success, recently found a method that is giving very satisfying results.

My favorite TV show is "Good Eats" I end up trying almost all of his methods of cooking. Most to good result.

I am sure I will learn a lot on this site.
