For a long, long while I haven't been able to sleep through the night. At least the last several years.

Not sure what has changed. I'm not going to question it, but the last 7 nights, I have slept, roughly, from about 10:30 p.m. until nearly 7:30 a.m. Straight through! No bathroom breaks. No waking up because some part of my old body hurt/ached.

Seven blissful nights of uninterrupted sleep!! Each following day has resulted in feeling better and more energetic.

I haven't changed my evening or daytime routines, and I don't use any sleep aids.

I'm going to try for #8 tonight!!

New meds? Any kind of med changes? More or less exercise/activity than usual? Change in meal times?

And yay for more sleep and feeling rested and better.

No, haven't changed my diet at all. I've looked at everything I do and eat, etc. Have come up with nothing.
Cool. Yeah I found changing my diet had an impact on my sleep and also lost some weight at that time so it's hard to tell, but yeah I had a similar experience through covid. I also don't need the same amount of sleep when i was younger, 6 hours ie enough for me now. Enjoy it. :)

Congrats! Very happy for you and I sure hope it continues!

Ummm - if you have any extra of that stuff, mind passing it along? just asking for a friend, eh?

after my 6th back surgery i could not sleep more than a coupleof hours at a time , i bought an adjustable bed and it made all the difference in the world

Thank God for that! The lack of pain not waking you up. The solid sleep without bathroom breaks. Feeling energized when you first wake up!
Whatever you are doing, keep doing it!

I work at having that happen. Good going @Katie H
