i am making general tso chicken. the recipe called for 1/4 cup white wine vinegar. well i grabbed the wrong thing. now all i have is white cooking wine and some spiced white vinegar. can i use the spiced white vinegar instead??
I have never heard of spiced white vinegar so I can not say for sure, but my instinct is to say that you could still use it. The dish will probably not taste the same, but it could still be good. You might just make a happy mistake
