thats the feeling I get from this site. I am on another forum and it just isnt as friendly as DC. Its almost like we are all working together at the same restraunt and know each other.

I second that emotion. My hat's off to those of you who run it...you do an excellent job. I know it's a lot of work, but you've created a great place for food-lovers to get together.
I have made some wonderful friends since I've been here, and I'm very grateful. I'm basically home-bound, and would feel a lot more isolated if it weren't for you all and some of the other fine people I've met on-line.
