I just keep my Discover cashback points "in the bank", so to speak, and don't redeem them unless I've been saving for something in particular. Right now I have nearly $300 in the bank. No, you can't have it. I've been saving for the high-end Breville countertop toaster oven. I think. I'm still looking over makes and models.

Yup, that's the one. Some reviews note that it can very messy with ground all over the place and the glass container breaks easily. Then I think of that review from Americas Test Kitchens and I just can't bring myself to buy it...but it is one nice looking unit...
