Well I’ve been busy for a while but I’m back for now. Had 2 comps, 2 catering jobs and turned the garage into a playroom/office. Oh, and I took the KCBS judging class. I didn’t learn nothing I hadn’t already learned from Google! But hay,,, now I’m a proud KCBS member and a certified BBQ judge. (I still don’t know what the heck good bbq is suppose to taste like) We got another due next week and my office is moving to the garage to make room for the new baby. In California, houses by the beach are so small and expensive that you park in the driveway and turn the garage into living space.
I didn’t cook anything fancy. I haven’t cooked for pleasure except competition meat in over a month, so I cooked the usual this weekend and here are some picts.


You guys got me back on the RO. Aspecially since I've been picken thease 18 lb bags from Restaurant Depot for $8.87!
