We had yet again Linner (late lunch/early dinner)

This was by DH's request, he wanted Kara'age Chicken aka Japanese-Style Fried Chicken with assorted Sushi and my Quick Cucumber KimChee (KimChi-how ever I wish to spell it).
YUM!
What a FABULOUS combination, a real taste treat for these two homesick-island kids.
I was so proud of DH that he dreamed this combo up all by himself … he's come along way from when I first met him, I'll tell ya!

*Menu disclaimer: I made the fried chicken myself, as well the KimChee, but purchased the Sushi at Sprouts … we have a new vendor, who will make Sushi to me specs :w00t2: very excited … and it's not bad, not bad at all.
