I’m Indian cuisine, what does “aloob” mean?

Since I don't generally like Indian Cuisine (yes, I know I am supposed to love it), you lost me with the first question.

BTW, did you mean to write "In Indian cuisine?" I don't want any cannibals to get the wrong idea.

I have never heard of "aloob". I do know that "aloo" in Indian cooking means potato.
Yeah, I went ahead and cheated and tried Google, but "aloob" gave 0 results. "Aloo" gave me a bunch of Indian potato recipes...

I think the problem might be that in different parts of the world things are spelled differently? Even in the English language, so...

Oh yeah, I forgot. I guess I figured that I was close enough that it should have been my turn, but by the time I saw it, that was past tense. And yeah, I did an internet search for "aloob" to, before I posted my potato answer. All my internet search came up with was company names and similar. I assumed that the "b" in aloob was a typo.
