I once made some fried crispy spinach. I know I used egg white for the spinach leaves. I cannot find the recipe in my stash nor on line! At least not with egg whites.

If I am remembering the crispy spinach correctly, no. The kale chips are much sturdier. I think the spinach sort of shattered and dissolved in your mouth.Is it like a kale chip?
