Hi,
I've been away for a while with tons of good things having happened in my life, but it's good to be back.
I lost many of my recipes in my travels and some I can remember and some I can't.
I'm making chicken cous cous tomorrow and pretty much remember how to make it, but I used to serve it with a tablespoon of a fairly thick sauce (a little thinner than ketchup) that was made with cumin and some other ingredients plus a little of the stock from the cous cous, but I no longer remember how to make it.
Any ideas or suggestions would be much appreciated.
