Looking for an excellent pierogie recipe to serve approx 30. Would prefer something light for summer time, but in general, one besides sauteeing in butter and onions. Any suggestions?

Light and perogy do not go together unfortunately. ;)

I'm a bit unclear, are you looking to make your own or to just dress some that you already have. I have recipes for both but I'm not sure which you would like.

Summertime Pierogi.... well I know of plum ones that can be for a dessert but I'm not sure of of a savory light one for summer. Maybe a goat cheese filling?
