ISO suggestions for eateries in NY's upper east suggestion

Anyone have a suggestion for a good but reasonably priced restaurant on the upper east side in the 50's,60's,or 70's?

What type of food are you looking for? I used to live in Manhattan, but haven't been there in over 10 years, so most of my favorite restaurants have closed, unfortunately. However, an Internet friend of mine just recommended a great Mexican restaurant the other day - don't know if you're into that kind of food, but according to the review (will link you to it), it's reasonably priced: $31 to $50, and it's located on the Upper East Side: 1191 First Avenue, Between 64th & 65th. La Bonne Soupe at 55th between 5th and 6th.

My favorite place to eat in that part of NYC.
