I am looking for some great ham loaf recipes. I've never made one before, and i have about 2 pounds of ham that I froze from Christmas that is taking up far to much space in my freezer. Does anyone have one to share?

Thanks a bunch!

This is my grandmother's recipe. It was always good. I've not tried it myself but will have to try it now that I found it again!

2 lbs smoked ham
2 lbs fresh pork (ground)
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
2 cups graham cracker crumbs

Mix all together and shape into loaf
Bake at 450° for 30 mins
Remove from oven and decrease temp to 300°
Pour off grease
Mix 1 can tomato soup, 1 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup vinegar and 1 Tbs mustard
Pour over loaf and return to oven
Bake 300° for one hour
Let set 15 mins before serving (just like meatloaf)
