ISO your favourite seasonings and ingredients

What’s the one ingredient or seasoning that you can’t live without in your kitchen?

I think mine is salt and powdered garlic. As for the ingredient i don’t think i have one.
Let me know what yours are—I’m looking to try something new and different in my kitchen.

We had this discussion before (I'm sure someone will bring it up), and everyone basically said there is no way they could pick one seasoning, and use just that. Salt is used in just about everything, even sweets, but not without many others.

One ingredient? Butter. I use EVOO more often, but when I want butter, I want butter.
