They all go hand in hand. High blood pressure, Diabetes, cholesterol. All of it. Me? Fatty liver.

I’m juuust pre-D. I just crossed the line. I went w the nuclear option and cleaned up my diet. Extreme prejudice almost. Haha. (I’m a tad obsessive).

I’m also drag my middle aged butt out of bed at 4:30 to jog. Everyday. My dog loves it.

My “make my liver skinny” plan is wide sweeping. Naturally I’m losing weight and inches off the waistline. My blood sugar is normal on my random checks. My blood pressure is shocking. Low! I’m gonna have a chat w my doc about getting off my tiny dose of BP meds. (I spiked when I took a stressful promotion at work).

I’m n summary; a better diet and regular exercise fixes a lot of it.

This morning’s breakfast. Oh. I still cook for my wife. Fairly normal fare. I’m lol no taste for seasoning, but it’s for her. :)
