Yes indeed, it's Aloha Friday once again,
and Monday is a US Holiday anyways …

I have a bowl of Lomi Lomi Salmon as well as Ahi Poke chilling down
I also have a HUGE Pork LauLau ready to be re-heated
and a fresh pot of steamed White Rice in the wings
for our Friday Feast.

Summer won't end here until the first cold snap, but not necessarily. Tourist, our only other season, will start when the first cold snap hits up north, but maybe sooner!

Mad, that's an excellent question!
Having grown up and lived the majority (to this point) of my life in Hawaii, they have a unique culture and ways in most everything.

I must tell you that when I left Hawaii and the work force there, "Aloha Attire" was worn most days by most folks in all walks of work. You could tell the folks from "the Mainland" who were their for business, they were the only ones with the suit & tie on ...
