i think that chicken thighs will stick to stainless so i will buy non stick..
the question is when i will go to ikea to buy it..

I agree with the splatter guard, and just wash it after use.
When you say you don’t like cleaning the wire rack, the solution is to clean them as soon as your oven has cooled. The reason you don’t like cleaning them is that you have left them in the oven from last time and the time before that, and the grease/food bits have become baked on. So cleaning them now takes a long time and elbow grease. Clean them every time - takes only a few minutes and they are always clean.
