Julie's Meatloaf

3/4 cup Pepperidge Farm stuffing
2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
1/4 cup green pepper
1/2 chopped onion
2 TBS Worchestershire
1/4 tsp salt

Mix all together - spread out in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan (yes, 9 x 13) and top wtih a good hefty amount of ketchup.

350° F. for 1 hour

She swears this is the best meatloaf she has ever had.

This sounds good, elf--it must make a ton!!! And it would be a lot easier to dish up out of a 9x13 than out of a loaf pan. Thanks!

Actually PA she said it does make a lot but it's fairly thin. Oh, I want a meatloaf sandwich really, really badly!!!! :roll:
