I love cooking 'pasta' and 'rice' meals, and especially love the hot n spicey dishes. Love experimenting with barbeque recipes as I enjoy entertaining at my home and if I'm not doing that I'm usually cooking for a large number of youth, hence why I love the barbeque recipes. I find that making foods easy to handle, presenting them well children tend to eat them, they always seem to be to occupied to eat.

If anything I would love to learn some easy but filling bite-size, finger-food recipes.
