It's quite a campus, K-Girl. My SIL and I spent a few hours and more than a few dollars there when we visited during one of our "Girls Weeks". Never did take a class or eat in the cafe, but I'm sure we probably got take-away bakery.

I did make it to The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park years back.
My Brother In Law was from around there and when he passed away, we attended his funeral and then made a trip out of it.
That was a long way from Arizona.

Larry, wouldn't it make for a cool Class Trip to do a "meet up" at KAF Headquarters? Plan a two day trip maybe? A class for DC members to enjoy together?

The Vt store is less than 2 hours from me. I’ve been having good luck with their recipes.

My wife got me a couple of cooking classes there for Christmas one year. It was nice. Would do it again.

The weekend was not so nice because the Patriots lost to Rex Ryan’s Jets in the playoffs the night I came back from the class.
