Hi all,
Let me apologize in advance, I’m not sure if this is the right place to post.
Since food festivals are a big part of food culture I decided that I should ask here! My team and I are a group of designers currently working on redesigning the website of a food festival as a conceptual exercise. We would love to learn more about food festivals. They seem super fun and a crucial part of the dining ecosystem. Tell me about your favorite food festival.
Thank you in advance.

Let me apologise in advance, I am no expert and haven't even done it but I got ideas.

There are some things you might want to get fancy with, but for the most part some things that are easy to cook in abundance. Spaghetti and meatballs. I can ball then up fairly quick.

Good home made soup. (some don't have teeth)

Garlic bread, salad, the usual.

You know in most cities this all has to be prepared at a licensed place. Like rent a kitchen or whatever. It can be done. Maybe.

How about more details on what you plan on here.
