I probably know the answer to this question already, but...
I made some home-made marinara about 3 weeks ago and had enough left over for one more serving. I stuck it in the fridge and remembered it last night when I was thinking about what to make for dinner tonight. Do you think it's still safe to use? 3 weeks seems like a long time--I kept thinking I had some time to use it but the time flew by--but it still looks OK.
