Blacken Tomatillos, serrano chiles, onions and garlic on a cast iron skillet. Reserve any liquids. Process in blender until smooth. Bang. Salsa Verde!

No Prolem. I would also highly recommend Mark Miller's (of The Coyote Cafe) Salsa Book.
