After being in a BBQ rut for the last few weeks...I busted out an already cooked chicken breast, chopped it up and let it simmer in some Stubbs Original BBQ sauce for the last 3 hrs...viola...BBQ chicken sammich!!

Not so much...it would have been better if I would have done the chicken a different way...I was just craving some Q...it was still pretty good for make shift Q!
