Lutefisk, Lefse and Norwegian Wood

I'm not a huge lutefisk/lefse fan, but have it a couple times during the holidays to reaffirm my Scandinavian heritage. While looking for a new recipe, I came across a site that had a really neat rendition of Norwegian Wood.

Forget Lutefisk, yuck! Love lefse tho. I usually do rosettes, sandbakkels, and krumkakke for Christmas.

Nice looking stuff, momcooks! Yes, a little bit of lutefisk goes a long way. Each year I plan to drop it and then wind up getting some anyway. Taste is marginal and it smells up the kitchen something fierce.
