Lyle's is a product of the UK and is cane sugar syrup. I got my can from a specialty store like Whole Foods. Most stores can order it for you.

Lyle's or Tate & Lyle's Golden Syrup is English and if memory serves is made from both sugar cane & corn. The nearest equivalent in the U.S. is Karo Syrup.

HEB grocery stores (Houston area) carry Lyle's Golden Syrup. I've made pecan pies with it before, but I like Steen's Cane syrup better for this use.
