I really enjoyed this thread on your miso making.

I made this Caesar Dressing with miso today.
In a blender add all the ingredients and blend for 3-4 minutes, makes about 1.75 cups.

1/2 cup soaked raw cashews drained (if you have time, overnight or an hour)
(this gives the recipe a creamy consistency)
3/4 cup cauliflower riced raw (or whole raw)
3/4 cup water
3 T lemon juice
2 T nutritional yeast
1 t garlic powder
1 T dijon mustard
2 t capers
1 t worcestershire
1 t miso
pinch of black pepper

Here is a Lemon Ginger Green Goddess recipe I use sometimes that has miso in it.

And Thousand Island dressing I make pretty often
1/2 cup raw soaked cashews
1 t tomato paste (ketchup)
2 T AC vinegar
1 T + 1 t maple syrup
2 t miso
1 t onion powder
1 t garlic powder
1 t smoked paprika
1/8 t chili powder
1/4 t mustard powder
pinch of celery seeds
1/2 t salt
1/8 t black pepper
Blend for 3-4 minutes until smooth
Then put in 2 T dill pickles, pulse blend to slightly chop them up.

Aside from our tomato based dressing, we use the caesar and the thousand island dressings the most.

Both dressings look great! Gotta give them a try. The good lord knows I sure have enough Miso to spare.
