Ginger and lemon Green Goddess dressing recipe (Oil free, vegan, low fat) * Plant Based Recipes: Easy Oil Free Vegan Recipes
This green goddess dressing is a little bit different. I have made the lemon stand out in this recipe, and then added ginger as a secondary component that stands out. And Thousand Island dressing I make pretty often
1/2 cup raw soaked cashews
1 t tomato paste (ketchup)
2 T AC vinegar
1 T + 1 t maple syrup
2 t miso
1 t onion powder
1 t garlic powder
1 t smoked paprika
1/8 t chili powder
1/4 t mustard powder
pinch of celery seeds
1/2 t salt
1/8 t black pepper
Blend for 3-4 minutes until smooth
Then put in 2 T dill pickles, pulse blend to slightly chop them up.
Aside from our tomato based dressing, we use the caesar and the thousand island dressings the most.
