Personally I sort'a like the Wave all your Fingers at your Neighbour Day

So in honour of that I have made a Hamburger Patty with that wonderful pan gravy of onions, mushrooms, bit of cumin, etc. Haven't decided if I will have mashers with that or fries...
Still need to finish up some spinach.

Black beans from dry, Mexican black beans: tomato sauce, onions, peppers, garlic, oregano, cumin, and salt to taste.

We had the rest of the Italian sausage and white bean soup that I made yesterday. Today we had it with a homemade, no knead, peasant bread. We really enjoyed that.

After restoring order to the fridge, I wanted to call out for pizza or Chinese. But we ate out last night, and I'm too cheap to not cook twice. Thankfully, I had cleaned and sliced the mushrooms yesterday so it was easy enough to make scrambled eggs with mushrooms and cheese, pan fried ham steak, and sautéed apples.

no, not really taxy, Aunt Bea is an elf/pixie from the garden and she has very small hands. They're chubby for an elf and large for a pixie so the olives fit perfectly.

Did do the patty with mushroom/shallot gravy along side some mashers from the freezer.

On another thread we talked about freezing mashers and I said mine have never gone soggy.... WELL! mention it and of course it is going to happen... but they were still extremely tasty!
