Here in Munich the few tex-mex restaurants we have are... not authentic (to put it politely). I crave the great rice they make in these little, hole-in-the-wall Mexican restaurants from back home in Indiana (no pun intended on the song). Usually with some tomato, carrots, corn, lima beans, green beans, onions, etc. So delicious. Can anybody help me out with a recipe? I can get the ingredients here in Germany, but I need the recipe. My attempts in the past have been bland at best and too spicy at worst.
