rickell, if you'd like, try my fave carribean pork chop recipe, "dirty pork chops".
grind together a few allspice berries, black peppercorns, garlic powder, onion powder, a bay leaf, and sea salt. rub this on the chops, broil about 5 minutes on each side in the middle slot, then turning every 3 minutes or so until they're done. plate and top with hot pickled pepper slices and a splash of the pickle brine.
